Job Description Summary
This strategic position is responsible for managing bancassurance partnerships across selected markets, both regionally and locally. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders across regional and local business units (LBUs) to enhance sales productivity, deepen customer engagement across various bank segments, and provide thought leadership in sales models and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, approval, and execution of annual business plans in partnership with assigned LBUs.
  • Drive the achievement of contracted targets, focusing on distribution strategies, product delivery, marketing initiatives, digital tools, and channel expansion.
  • Co-manage the regional partnership account with LBUs, fostering strong relationships with key executives to deliver strategic objectives and collective sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate business plan KPIs, identifying risks to plan execution and collaborating with LBUs and regional management to address performance challenges.
  • Work closely with LBUs and local partners to boost sales productivity and implement necessary infrastructure for effective performance management.
  • Develop a roadmap for strategic initiatives to maximize partnership value and expand penetration, including digital solutions, health and protection, and new segments & channels.
  • Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports, as well as APE forecasts, and design new performance management reports for the Company's PD team. Close coordination with LBUs and the Company's Insurance Management team is essential.
  • Lead key regional projects to support partnership growth and enhance regional capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Over 15 years of experience in the insurance or financial industry.
  • Proven experience in leading digital initiatives and bancassurance businesses.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with working within local business units.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of life insurance financials.
  • Expertise in project management.
  • Energetic, innovative, and resilient, with the ability to navigate opposition.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with peers.
