Job Description:
As a Power Platform Developer at our end client, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of applications using the Power Platform suite, including Power Automate, PowerApps, and Dataverse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PowerApps solutions to automate business processes and improve productivity.
- Create and configure Power Automate flows to streamline workflows and integrate with various systems and data sources.
- Build and maintain data models using Dataverse, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Customize and extend Power Platform applications by writing custom code using Power Platform formulas, expressions, and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript).
- Optimize and troubleshoot Power Platform applications for performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Power Platform solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices, and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Platform development.
- Strong proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proficient in creating custom connectors, flows, and canvas apps.
- Solid understanding of Power Platform security and data governance.
- Experience with Power Platform administration and governance is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power BI and SQL Server is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Financial industry experience is a plus but not required.
