We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic insurance client as a Product Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for conceiving, developing, and enhancing insurance products that support our customers' health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical solutions for new product initiatives, enhancements, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Operations, IT, Finance, and Distribution to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from product managers, translating them into clear business specifications.
- Work closely with product managers and IT teams to review and align functional specifications with IT solutions.
- Manage system testing and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, governance structures, and Risk and Compliance Standards throughout the product development process.
- Actively participate in product launch meetings and taskforces, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
- Lead ad-hoc projects and take on additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
- A university degree, with at least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Management role.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, functional specification review, and UAT execution.
- In-depth understanding of product development, operations, and system processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
