I am working on an exclusive role with a global insurance company for their Programme Manager role.

This role will sit under the Technology Product Development team and work closely with Customer, Digital and Marketing team.

If you are passionate about driving customer-centric initiatives, digital transformation, and innovative marketing strategies. If you are passionate in making sure of the success of a large-scale, complex, global program. If you like working with senior stakeholder, managing multiple vendors, teams, and ensuring everyone is aligned. If you like to play a key role in shaping customer experience, digital capabilities, and marketing efforts.

You will be suitable for this role!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee local, regional, or global projects related to customer experience, digital transformation, and marketing initiatives
  • Define project goals, scope, and deliverables, and create comprehensive project plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and business units, to drive project execution and ensure alignment
  • Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implement contingency plans, and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and external vendors
  • Drive digital transformation by identifying opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency and enhanced customer engagement
  • Monitor project performance using metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project and programme management
  • Experienced with Regional project, especially on Customer, Digital, and Marketing projects
  • Highly confident in working with senior stakeholders including presentation and management
  • Ability to manage a large-scale, complex programme with proven track record
  • Excellent communicator, strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
