- Evaluate and analyze policy coverage to determine claim validity.
- Negotiate settlements with clients, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of claims.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve claim disputes.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to property insurance claims.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property insurance claim handling.
- Strong knowledge of home insurance policies and coverage.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
