Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join an established client and help ensure the quality of their application, built on .NET technologies and hosted on AWS. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, execute tests, and drive process improvements, ensuring the highest standards of application quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning: Partner with Business Analysts to document and plan test cases using Azure DevOps, and work with clients to review functional changes.
- Defect Reporting: Identify and report defects using Azure DevOps Work Items, such as Bugs and Tasks, to the development team.
- Test Execution: Conduct both manual and automated tests to verify that the application meets all quality requirements.
- Integration Testing: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration of AWS-based services with the application.
- Test Environment Management: Help set up, configure, and maintain test environments for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Agile team members and external client SMEs to understand requirements and provide quality feedback.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of test cases, results, and reported defects, ensuring everything is updated and well-organized.
- Communication: Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and defects to stakeholders, including external clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, security, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
- Troubleshoot workflow and production issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work with Team Leads to resolve issues and propose solutions.
- Recommend process improvements based on testing insights.
- Assist in creating training materials and operational manuals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, AWS, and .NET technologies.
- Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in Agile environments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to troubleshoot and solve issues.
- Proactive in suggesting improvements and enhancing product quality.
