I am currently working with a global reinsurance company for the role of Regional Operational Excellence Lead. You will report to Global Head of Strategy, Transformation & Operational Excellence while working closely with stakeholders. This role is an Individual Contributor with the potential of team leading in the future.
Role:
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Analyze operational data and identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement OPEX strategies aligned with business goals.
- Coach and mentor teams on best practices in Lean and Six Sigma.
- Drive standardization and process optimization across departments.
- Monitor KPIs to assess the success of improvement projects.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean, or Continuous Improvement roles.
- Solid experience within the Life & Health Insurance space
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification required.
- Strong understanding of value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process reengineering.
- Demonstrated success in leading change management and improvement projects.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
