Dynamics Field Services Architect
Oliver James is working closely with a leading not-for-profit organisation with the recruitment of a Dynamics Field Service Architect. This position will be key in delivering technical solutions across Dynamics 365 Field Services, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and efficient systems.
As a Dynamics Field Services Architect, you will work closely with business stakeholders and a dedicated team of consultants to design, implement, and support high-quality Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a hands-on role that will allow you to utilise your technical expertise in solution architecture, SQL, JavaScript (TypeScript), C#, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps, ensuring secure, and efficient systems.
Location: Remote - UK-wide with travel expensed to London on an Ad-hoc basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions to meet complex business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather end-to-end requirements and create architectural solutions that align with best practices.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, ensuring systems are up-to-date and consistent with departmental principles.
- Oversee technical and functional consultants, provide mentorship, and ensure project deliverables are met with high standards.
- Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and proactively keep up with industry advancements.
Key Skills Needed:
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Field Services solutions
- Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, C#, and Power Platform services
- Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Background in designing business process flows, plugins, Logic Apps, and RESTful APIs
- Experience in the housing sector or knowledge of social/commercial housing environments is beneficial
