Salesforce Technical Lead
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the planning, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while providing leadership and mentorship to the development team. The position requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including its architecture, tools, and development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Take charge of designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions, particularly in areas like Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
- Act as a technical mentor to developers, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team while guiding less experienced team members.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and architect tailored solutions.
- Design and implement solutions that make full use of Salesforce's capabilities, including declarative tools, Apex programming, Lightning components, and system integrations.
- Develop and manage data integration processes between Salesforce and other systems to ensure seamless data synchronization.
- Perform code reviews and quality assurance to ensure all deliverables align with best practices and organizational standards.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and industry trends, and recommend strategies for leveraging new features.
- Support Agile workflows by actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance on architecture, solution design, and development strategies.
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and administrators to deliver integrated solutions that align with business goals.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and high performance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines following industry best practices to optimize development workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development with a proven record of delivering complex solutions.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer, Technical Architect, or System Architect, are a plus.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX.
- Strong leadership abilities, with demonstrated success in mentoring and guiding technical teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting technical ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with tools like Azure DevOps.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, with a dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
