My client, a Speciality insurance company, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to discover and analyze information to elicit business needs, document business requirements, and implement changes as the CFO and CIO functions foster a greater partnership for 2024. Key requirements below:
- At least eight to ten years of solid and diverse work experience as a Business Analyst in IT, sitting on Accounting / Finance Programs at financial services firms.
- At least eight years of experience leveraging knowledge areas, competencies, and techniques described in the IIBA Business Analysis Body of Knowledge, BABOK.
- Experience with user acceptance test planning, test case development, and test execution.
- Experience with data analysis, financial products, and accounting practices.
- Excellent MS office skills including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and MS Project.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis using SQL
