Oliver James partnered with a global insurance company who a seeking a Senior Claims Assessor to join their Underwriting and Claims team.
What you can expect:
- Assess medical claims, including Death, Serious illness and Income Protection.
- Handle enquiries and escalations.
- Train/Mentor junior team members.
- Quality sampling team members.
What you need to apply:
- DLDU, QFA or APA qualifications
- Experience assessing medical claims and a strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Experience/knowledge of income protection products.
- Experience of mentoring other team members
