Senior Claims Examiner - Remote

Our client, a leader in the Insurance industry, is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Senior Claims Examiner to join their dynamic Claims department. This role offers a permanent position based within an innovatively structured team passionate about delivering superior claim handling and resolution.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly investigate and analyze complex insurance claims to determine the extent of the company's liability.
• Collaborate with policyholders, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to negotiate and settle claims effectively.
• Review and process claims in accordance with established policies and regulations, ensuring accurate and timely handling.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on claim progression and resolution.
• Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced claims personnel, promoting a high standard of claims handling throughout the department.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a similar role within the insurance sector.
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on details and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of managing various stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using claim management software and other related information technology systems.
