A global insurance carrier is looking to hire Senior Claims Specialist - E&S Casualty for their litigation team. In this role you will be responsible for investigating commercial general liability claims including construction defect, premise liability, slip & falls, commercial auto liability and other complex bodily injuries. The caseload will include excess & surplus policies with higher limits above $500,000 in value through to multi-million dollar losses.
Key/Skills Experience Required:
- 5+ years excess & surplus casualty / general liability claims experience
- Significant exposure to E&S construction defect and other excess casualty claims
- Exposure to complex litigation and coverage investigation essential
- Exposure to claims above $1M in value - essential
- Exceptional customer service capability. Excellent relationship management capability
- Bachelors Degree and Adjuster License in multiple states essential
This role is FULLY REMOTE with an excellent salary up to $140,000 plus 15% annual bonus. They also offer an excellent career path into leadership or other senior technical roles.
