Senior Fund Accountant
Our client prides themselves on fostering an open and progressive work environment and are seeking talented individuals to join their growing fund administration team.

Their teams provide expertise and personalized support to deliver high-quality fund administration services and tailored global solutions.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Fund Accountant to support the Manager in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and related entities, primarily focusing on Private Equity Funds. The role requires handling workload efficiently and ensuring client requests are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) and performance metrics for review.
  • Generate investor capital account statements after NAV approval.
  • Process and coordinate fund operations such as calls, distributions, and equalization.
  • Prepare bank payments based on client instructions and arrange approvals.
  • Reconcile payment logs, manage fund expenses, and handle fee collection.
  • Coordinate year-end audits and draft financial statements under IFRS or US GAAP.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and support team initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, including anti-money laundering requirements.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting/administration.
  • Strong academic background, with an accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CPA) being advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
  • Attention to detail, initiative, and a commitment to achieving excellence.
