We are working with a leading insurance company with a focus on their Health Strategy, especially on Digital Transformation project. We are looking for a Product Owner to join the top performing team and drive the overall Strategy specifically in Clinical Care / Patient Experience.
You will play an important role in the patient-centric transformation, ensuring exceptional delivery within healthcare experiences through digital innovation. You will work with senior stakeholders across the region on one of the most innovative project within the Health space.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and champion the end-to-end patient experience vision
- Drive business case realisation and value creation
- Partner with the overall Connected Care Business Owner and Clinical team to build the strategic roadmap
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Master to ensure effective sprint execution
- Develop roadmaps that align with the overall strategic roadmap for Connected Care
Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in healthcare transformation or digital product delivery
- Proven track record in leading customer experience initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient journey optimisation
- Experienced with a regional project
