Senior Actuary - Equity Release
London, Edinburgh, or Manchester
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced actuary to join a customer centric organisation, in a team going through an exciting period of growth, especially through their later life lending department.
Working with the Head of the department, the successful candidate will spearhead the pricing strategy for the equity release mortgage funding initiative, executing repricing efforts and refine the pricing methods. Furthermore, you will collaborate with ERM lending partners to help create new propositions focusing on suitability and developing innovative pricing methodologies. With the ongoing enhancement of pricing tools and processes, this will seek to improve origination and operational efficiency's.
This role is a great blend of commercial and technical skills, and would suit candidates with a strong commercial acumen, as well as the technical underpinning of ALM, Matching Adjustments and asset restructuring (desirable).
