KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct risk evaluations and consulting services to meet service level agreements.
- Build strong agency and customer relationships to enhance trust and gather actionable feedback.
- Research, analyze, and assess operational risks, prioritizing improvement recommendations.
- Leverage technology and data to address underwriting and customer needs.
- Collaborate with underwriting to support sound business decisions and deliver comprehensive reports.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and legislative issues, sharing expertise within the team.
- Control claims costs through actionable recommendations and timely resolution of risks.
- Participate in agency visits and marketing interactions to drive growth, retention, and positive market perception.
- For field roles: Regular travel using assigned fleet vehicles to cover territory.
