A Tier 1 Insurance is seeking an experienced (Senior) Technology Manager with a solid Insurance background to drive digital transformation projects alongside managing and guiding the application team
* Led and Manage a team of Technology experts, ensuring the successful completion of projects and initiatives
* Collaborate with C-level to develop technology strategies aligned with the company's goals
* Drive Digital Transformation initiatives to enhance business processes and customer experience
* Develop and manage technology budget and resources effectively
* oversee the implementation and management of technology systems
Skills:
* Proven experience in a Technology Leadership role within the insurance industry, open to both General and Life Insurance
* In-depth knowledge of Insurance Technology systems(Application)
* Proven experience in vendor/ project management
* Fluent in both Chinese and English
