Role & Responsibilities
- Lead User Experience research projects to enhance user satisfaction and design more effective user interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, project managers, and development teams to align the end-to-end user experience with strategic objectives.
- Conduct and implement usability testing sessions and consolidate feedback to guide the design processes.
- Analyse user needs and behaviours using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods, translating them into actionable deliverable for the design team.
- Communicate research findings to all stakeholders clearly and effectively, ensuring insights drive UX improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and user experience best practices, incorporating new ideas and innovations into research methodologies.

- Identifying, planning, and executing strategic projects
- Working with external and internal clients to understand user needs, create research artefacts, and feed requirements into the design pipeline.
