Base Salary Range: $140-175k
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Change & Configuration Management Process Lead to speadhead efforts for establishing and maturing Change Management & CMDB processes from the ground up.
This would suit someone familiar with assisting businesses relatively new to adopting ServiceNow (~12 Months), with a user-base <2500.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine the Change Management process from the ground up.
- Assess potential risks and impacts of IT changes, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate the change approval process, ensuring transparency and compliance.
- Establish and enforce policies to maintain CMDB accuracy and completeness.
- Develop standardized methods for data collection, validation, and population.
- Perform routine audits and data cleansing to ensure reliability.
- Partner with IT teams to align CMDB records with the current infrastructure landscape.
- Manage risk controls and audit requirements related to IT change management.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Ensure alignment between CMDB data and IT service management objectives.
Skills Needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Change Management and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow ITSM (Change Management) and CMDB.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and governance frameworks.
- Experience managing IT risk, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
