This is a key position within our organization and acts as an interface between various stakeholders within the business area as part of the S/4 HANA implementation.

This role is critical to the successful collection, coordination and presentation of requirements and opinions to the VID committee. The job holder will play a key role in ensuring that the different perspectives and needs of the departments in all regions & languages (D/F/I) are taken into account and included in decision-making processes.

Main tasks and responsibilities

1. architecture design and development:
- Design and implement S/4HANA solutions that meet the business needs of the organization
- Create detailed architecture plans and technical specifications for S/4HANA implementation
- Ensuring the integration of S/4HANA with existing IT systems and landscapes.

2. requirements analysis and consulting:
- Work with business units and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Advise stakeholders on best practices and optimal use of S/4HANA capabilities
- Conducting workshops and presentations to explain technical solutions and strategic recommendations

3. Project management and implementation:
* Collaboration in the S/4HANA implementation
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and service providers to ensure that S/4's project goals are met

4. Quality assurance and documentation:
* Implementation of quality standards and best practices for S/4HANA implementations
* Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for architecture designs and implementation plans
