Senior Salesforce Developer
Our client, a reputable company in the Insurance industry, is currently seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of the Experience Cloud, to join their IT department.
You work with the Solutionas Architect to manage the solution for the organizations needs and are responsible for addressing advanced technical challenges on the Experience cloud platfrom. Performing custom development to achieve the desired user design, experience, and functionality and your expertise will be called on to assist with activities like scoping and documentation.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team to design and implement solutions on the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and web development best practices
- Collaborate with Back End and Front End Developers to ensure smooth integration of systems
- Manage the development lifecycle and provide technical guidance as a Development Manager
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the development process
- Continuous learning of new technical and product capabilities from Salesforce, inclusive of keeping apprised of updates in each release as well as industry best practices with web development
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with specific focus on Experience Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Back End and Front End development principles
- Ability to manage and lead a development team as a Development Manager
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Experience (Communities)Cloud Project experience - required
- Platform Developer I certification preferred; Platform Developer II and JavaScript certifications a plus
- Expert in Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Components
