Job Title: Citrix System Engineer

I have partnerd with a forward-thinking company leading digital transformation in the finance and insurance industries. They're looking for a passionate Systems Engineer to manage and develop their virtual workplace solutions, working with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize complex Citrix environments in a 3rd level support role.
- Collaborate on innovative projects using Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
- Lead deployments and ensure smooth transitions to production.
- Work directly with clients to solve technical challenges.
- Ensure workplace solutions are secure and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Experience in workplace engineering and a passion for technology.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix, Windows Server, PowerShell, and Git.
- A security-first approach to building workplace solutions.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English.
This position is hybrid-working based in Zurich or Bern.
