Our leading Insurance client is seeking a talented Systems Analyst/Developer to contribute to the support & development of critical internal systems, that may cover: workflow management, secure data transport, customer service solutions, and insurance administrative services.

- Implement application solutions to support business objectives.
- Partner with product owners, developers, and testing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Analyze and improve existing system components with a focus on scalability and modernization.
- Investigate and resolve issues with data integrations and application performance.
- Provide expert-level support for production systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Document system changes and best practices to maintain a robust knowledge base.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure smooth transitions for new features.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in systems analysis, with exposure to software development.
- Scripting experience, ideally with JavaScript
- Strong understanding of database (SQL) and web services development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in the financial or insurance domain is a plus.
