We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with expertise in Fast Lean Smart (FLS) and/or Workforce Management Solutions to support the implementation of a Dynamic Scheduling system, integrated with our core platforms. This role focuses on managing the testing lifecycle and ensuring seamless integration across business, technology, and data components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Test Management: Lead the test strategy for the FLS system integration. Oversee all test phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Defect Management: Prioritise, track, and manage defects, working closely with vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Test Process Design: Assist the business in designing test processes, writing test cases, and training teams on how to develop these effectively.
- Reporting & Status Tracking: Provide detailed tracking of all testing phases, ensuring granular visibility and alignment with project and programme goals. Generate comprehensive reports to track progress and defect resolution.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Manage UAT, collaborating with end-users and stakeholders to ensure smooth testing and swift resolution of issues.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve testing issues, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Performance & Data Testing Oversight: Oversee performance testing and ensure system meets established benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with FLS (Fast Lean Smart) and/or Workforce Management Solutions.
- Proven expertise as a Test Manager in dynamic scheduling and integration projects.
- Strong skills in defect management, status reporting, and vendor management.
- Ability to guide and train business teams in test case development and execution.
- Experience managing UAT and working with both technical and business stakeholders.
This is a 6-month contract, with opportunities to contribute to future projects within the wider programme. Only candidates with experience in FLS and/or WFM solutions can be considered.
