The Company seeks a motivated individual to join the Shareholder Services team, focused on onboarding clients for private equity funds. The role involves managing the entire client onboarding process, handling a diverse client base (institutional clients, pension funds, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices), and ensuring adherence to policies. Strong multitasking, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for investors, fostering relationships.
- Assist with client onboarding and quality checks.
- Review FATCA/CRS documentation.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with clients, General Partners, and stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate across international offices.
- Support team performance to meet internal KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.2 honors.
