  • Assess and manage risk within the context of an evolving regulatory landscape, ensuring adherence to audit standards and industry best practices.
  • Act as a key player in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively and providing informed, constructive feedback.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of audit staff outputs, ensuring all judgments on scope, risks, and findings are accurate.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations impacting wholesale banking and credit risk, adjusting the audit plan as necessary.
  • Foster a high-performance team environment that encourages continuous improvement and development.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in internal audit or credit risk management, with a focus on wholesale banking.
  • Comprehensive understanding of audit methodology, risk assessment, and audit execution.
  • Familiarity with key regulatory requirements for credit risk (e.g., SR 13-3, SR 11-10).
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver audits end-to-end, including regulatory validations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation:

The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and paid time off.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a senior leadership role in a critical audit function, helping shape the credit risk audit strategy within a dynamic and regulatory-driven environment.
