Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk policies and procedures across both first-line and second-line risk functions.
- Oversee the integration of operational risk management practices into business processes to enhance reliability and safety operations.
- Lead scenario analysis and risk assessment processes to predict potential challenges and proactively implement strategic mitigations.
- Engage with senior management and key stakeholders to report on risk exposure, mitigation strategies, and ongoing risk evaluations.
- Drive the adoption of an enterprise-wide risk management framework within the organization, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Skills:
