What You'll Do:
- Lead Security Initiatives: Manage the lifecycle of key security assets like Red Hat IdM, Active Directory, and Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Enhance Security Monitoring: Configure top-tier security tools, analyze events, and provide critical third-line support.
- Drive Cloud Migration: Spearhead the transition of security components to cutting-edge cloud infrastructure.
- Mitigate Risks: Address vulnerabilities head-on, contribute to audits, and implement robust control plans.
- Collaborate Globally: Work closely with IT partners in Paris and beyond, ensuring seamless security strategies and clear reporting.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in Windows Security within large, complex environments.
- Technical Prowess:
- Deep expertise in Red Hat IdM, OpenLDAP, Kerberos MIT, Active Directory, Linux security, and Windows Integrated Security.
- Strong grasp of authentication, IAM solutions, scripting (bash, PowerShell), and core IT security principles.
- Basic networking knowledge.
- Preferred Extras: Experience with monitoring tools (SCOM, Dynatrace, Elasticsearch, Splunk) and anti-malware/EDR solutions (Trellix, Tanium, Qualys).
- Key Traits: Analytical thinker, exceptional communicator, proactive team player, customer-focused, and adaptable in a multicultural setting.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus, Dutch is a bonus.
