Job Title: Microsoft Workplace Engineer
Job Type: Full-time (80-100%)

Join a dynamic IT services team! They provide innovative IT solutions for multiple cities and partners, ensuring smooth operation and support with a dedicated team of professionals and trainees.
Help them shape the future workplace with Windows 11 and Intune. Your role will be crucial in developing and maintaining their IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Package and distribute software using PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, PKI, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and M365.
- Plan, install, configure, and maintain various applications.
- Train and mentor trainees.
- Support troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Requirements:
- Team player with motivation, independence, and quick learning ability.
- IT training or several years of experience in the Microsoft environment.
- Excellent knowledge of software packaging, PowerShell, Active Directory, and M365.
- Flexibility and willingness to work on-call and occasionally during off-peak times.
This position is hybrid-working based in Aarau.
