Our client who is an international and fast growing Insurtech startup is looking to expand their team in Paris due to their expansion growth.
Our client work with some of the best insurance companies in the world to provide them with unique IA algorithms that automate the insurance pricing and reserving in unrivalled way.

The Actuarial Data Scientist will be responsible for analyzing data, developing statistical models, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate findings effectively, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business success.

Some of your responsibilities will be:
- You will be interacting with different teams (sales, engineering, product) to help find the best use cases for software to provide the highest value to each client's unique business practices.
- You will work closely with the product and R&D team to recommend new features that might benefit clients and explore new applications of machine learning in the insurance industry.
- You will participate in the design and demonstration of products as well as he improvement of model development
Must have:
- Between 3 to 10 years' experience as an Actuarial Data Scientist in P&C or Health insurance in a pricing role.
- Strong knowledge of Data science and Machine learning techniques for modelling
- Expertise in GLM (Generalised Linear Model) & risk analysis in a P&C pricing - This is a must!
- Strong communication skills in order to elaborate on complex technical concepts to both technical / non-technical audiences ;
- Native level of French & Fluent English
