A world renowned Life Insurer is looking to hire an Associate Director, Operational Risk Management position in their regional office here in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Independently lead the communication with various stakeholders and provide intelligence on policies
- Ensure key operational risks are identified, assessed, and reported timely and accurately to facilitate management oversight
- Identify emerging risks and perform thematic reviews and provide relevant recommendations
- Work with the team to develop and maintain training setup for operational risk programs in the region
- Support in the review and reporting processes of Quarter Risk Reports across all ORM areas
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years experiences across Risk Management or Internal Audit positions within FS
- Life Insurance experience is a must
- University graduate
- Proficiency in English; Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders independently
- Candidates with less experience could be considered as Senior Manager
