Oliver James are delighted to announce we have patterned with a prominent leader in the banking sector. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service agent to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have call centre or strong customer service experience.

It's important to note, that this a 3 month contract with a high likelihood of being extended or being made permanent.

What you can expect:

  • Pro-actively manage assigned portfolio of cases.
  • General loan administration, inbound and outbound arrears calls, assessing SFSs and drafting accurate. thorough, and concise credit reports for submission to decision makers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

What need to apply:

  • QFA or APA (Loans).
  • Clear and concise communicator.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex and deadline driven environment.
