Using Lean and Black belt disciplines to undertake targeted project/initiatives to identify service failure risk and lead the business in designing process improvements. Key Skills:
· Knowledge of Third Party BPO contract structures and provisions.
· Knowledge of Target Operating Model design and Sourcing Models including in-source and outsource.
· Lean/Six Sigma Qualified
· Proven experience of project delivery within a process environment
· Proven and demonstrated Insurance (London market) Industry knowledge.
