Our esteemed client, a prominent player in the Insurance Industry, is seeking a dedicated and analytical Finance Analyst to enrich their Finance Department. This individual will play a crucial role in steering financial strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough financial planning and analysis to support the company's strategic decisions.
• Act as a finance business partner to different department heads, providing valuable financial insights that influence operational initiatives.
• Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to compile and review financial information.
• Prepare detailed monthly and annual financial reports.
• Suggest and implement improvements in existing processes to enhance financial performance.
