Financial Controller
Are you a strategic thinker with a strong affinity for data and numbers? This is your chance to take on a pivotal role as a Business Controller at an international insurance company, where you will support the Chief Finance Officer in overseeing the entire finance function. You will be responsible for managing legal entities, working alongside Senior Finance Controllers to drive improvements and enhance efficiency.
With exceptional technical and analytical skills, you will also build meaningful relationships across business areas, contribute to the overall financial success and sustainable growth of the organisation.
What are your responsibilities?
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly management accounts and annual statutory;
- Prepare the tax filing and liaison with tax specialists;
- Assist and Responsible Treasury and Club Payments in performing cash transfers;
- Assist with the internal, annual and interim audit process;
- Participate in projects with the CFO, Senior Finance Controllers, Data Team and other senior executives.
Your background
- HBO+/University think and work level;
- 0-3 years of experience in a controlling and finance position;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is essential, Dutch is preferred;
- A Dutch work-permit is essential.
