For a leading company in FMCG field I'm looking for a Head of Transformation Office.
Main Tasks:
- Define an ambitious Transformation roadmap in line with the company's strategy and business imperatives to beat the market
- Ensure consistency/synergy between all transformation initiatives and interdependencies (local, regional, global, other functions) with the overall vision and roadmap/priorities
- Drive change management and people engagement and commitment
- Ensure a smooth delivery ofTransformationroadmap
- Creating comprehensive project plans scope, timeline, budget, quality of deliverables, identification, and allocation of resources (capacity planning)
- Establishing a metrics framework to prioritize projects and measure performance
- Actively identifying, tracking, mitigating & resolving issues, and risks
- Collect and share best practices from the Group and Other Affiliates
- Be the point of contact for HQ and the control tower to set the pace, ensure resources, and measure ROI
- Communicate and report projects progress and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of Collaborative Business Planning
- Equip the organization with the right processes, governance and performance management system to Beat the Market.
- Support the Beat The Market Squad to drive change and focus on key business inflection points
Academic Requirements / Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Business, Management or Finance
- >5 years of experience working in business strategy or FMCGbusinesstransversal departments
- Strategic consulting background in a top tier firm is a must - key topics touched: Fact-based business strategy, operating model redesign, Transformation/ PMO
- 2+ years of relevant business experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, with business and project management skills (Strategic planning, Business Analysis or Revenue growth management)

- Strategic thinking and business acumen with good grasp of financial/general business challenges to develop and execute strategies and drive process improvements aligned with organizational goals, market dynamics, and commercial strategy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, drive change management initiatives, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement
- Experience in project management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects, initiatives, and process improvements within established timeline
- Proficiency in synthesizing information, organizing tasks, and planning effectively incl. setting KPIs
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions.
