My client is a global insurance company with strong presence in Hong Kong and is currently undergoing large-scale Digital Transformation. This role sits under the Digital team and will be working on e-channel projects.
We are looking for a Manager grade candidate with a hands-on experience as a Project Manager and Business Analysis within Digital Transformation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Study, analyze and identify areas for change in consultant end-to-end sales, onboarding and service processes across multiple channels
- Lead and facilitate discussions to ensure business/functional requirements effectively address business needs
- Document functional requirements and user stories for system implementation and operation
- Ensure and maintain high quality standards throughout the process
- Provide comprehensive support to multiple distribution channels for all digital assets
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, I.T., external vendors, and partners to implement necessary system enhancements to cope with ongoing business needs
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of sales and onboarding journeys, as well as life operations
- Proven ability to digitize end-to-end sales and service processes
- Strong understanding of various software development methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall
- Knowledge of business processes and change management practices
- Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
