We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a prestigious law firm to work on a HR Transparency Project.
The project is to establish and execute a globally-consistent job and compensation framework to facilitate fair and competitive pay decisions, and ensure readiness for compliance with forthcoming pay transparency regulations.
Generic Requirements
- Lead the Project.
- Assist as required with RFP/Procurement processes
- Evaluate factors critical to delivery success (time, capacity, financial and other resources as applicable) to assess viability.
- Assess and document benefits, costs, risks and options; recommend and provide rationale for solution and delivery approach.
- Clearly define the project scope and how it will be delivered.
- Deliver project by putting the plan into action and managing risks / issues.
- Transition to BAU, assess project delivery (Post Implementation Review).
- Lead the delivery of the project's solution/outcome/output, delivering the roll out strategy with internal and external resources to ensure implementation within agreed timescales, budgets, quality and in line with the governance processes.
- Preferably previous experience working within a Law Firm (but not essential)
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills.
