IT Service Desk Lead


Our client, a leader in digital transformation is looking to add an IT Service Desk Lead to their continuously evolving team. The role comes with an excellent remuneration package with the opportunity to directly report into senior management in a global firm.

This opportunity is ideally suited to you if you have prior experience in ITIL, ticket management, active directory and Citrix with a service focused methodology with exposure to resolving complex problems.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the daily operations of the Service Desk team.
  • Maintaining high service levels and quick resolution times.
  • Developing and implementing processes for the effective handling of support tickets.
  • Providing training and mentorship to new and existing support staff.

Key Skills

  • Profound expertise in first line support within Technology sectors with knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with experience in active directory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of service desk software and ticketing systems.
