Oliver James has partnered with a leading financial institution to appoint a Junior Operations Analyst to join their highly motivated team where data serves as the critical foundation in delivering excellent customer service.
We are currently seeking candidates to assist in implementing new processes within a Settlements and Middle Office teams. The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Complete counterparty set ups of customers in various systems;
- Manage the maintenance of SSI data in various systems for new and existing clients;
- Responsible for effective workflow, analysis and exception management of data related queries from both upstream and downstream consumers for Client, Credit and SSI;
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries, escalating when necessary;
- Achieve a service standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate risk (eg. reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk);
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operations experience.
- Financial Services experience.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of trading businesses
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and ability to handle several tasks and changing priorities
