Job Opportunity: Manager, Tax

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all statutory tax reporting requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the compilation and submission of tax returns and reports under the United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Prepare and review tax documents in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Supervise the tax reporting team to meet internal and regulatory deadlines.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants to ensure accurate tax reporting and resolve any discrepancies in financial documents.
  • Provide strategic tax planning advice to upper management, aligning with the company's financial strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations and implement necessary changes in tax procedures.

Key Skills

  • Profound knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles related to tax.
  • Strong proficiency in tax compliance and reporting as per International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, guide, and inspire a tax team.
