Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all statutory tax reporting requirements.
- Manage and oversee the compilation and submission of tax returns and reports under the United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Prepare and review tax documents in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Supervise the tax reporting team to meet internal and regulatory deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants to ensure accurate tax reporting and resolve any discrepancies in financial documents.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to upper management, aligning with the company's financial strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations and implement necessary changes in tax procedures.
