We have an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite Implementation Manager. This is with one of the top NetSuite Partners in the US. Open to Sr. NetSuite Functional Consultants that have led projects or an Experienced Manager. Looking for professionals that have had prior Accounting experience and CPA is a plus. NETSUITE IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects of NetSuite solutions
- Lead / manage multiple client projects with team members of various levels clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and time-line constraints.
- Manage staff on engagement deliverables; ensure quality control standards are met; ensure project delivery is on time and on budget
- Client Interaction: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements, and translating them into effective NetSuite configurations and solutions
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed business requirements. Analyze these requirements to design customized NetSuite solutions tailored to the client's needs.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure NetSuite modules, work-flows, and features based on client requirements. Oversee customization efforts, ensuring they align with best practices and industry standards.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of NetSuite implementations to ensure they meet the specified requirements and deliver a seamless user experience.
- Training and Support: Train consultant where needed and clients on NetSuite processes
- Documentation: Create comprehensive project documentation, including requirements specifications, solution design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues during project implementation. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these challenges proactively.
- Serve as an internal leader to help mentor and develop other team members
- Help develop implementation best practices, playbooks, and templates for current and new offerings
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- CPA / Masters in Accounting is preferred and some accounting experience is preferred
- 6 to 8 years of overall work experience
- 5 to 7 years of general ERP experience NetSuite Experience
- Proven experience in managing NetSuite implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, configurations, and customizations.
- Experienced in managing SuiteFlow, SuiteScripts, SuiteBuilder, Suitelet, Portlet, Advanced HTML / PDF Layout, saved searches and custom reporting
- Experience implementing: Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), MultiBook, Warehouse Management Services (WMS), Bill of Materials (BOM's)
