For a leading company in Pharmaceutical field, I'm looking for a PMO Specialist.
She/He will be responsible in coordinating overallprogrammasterplan and specific transformationprojectsprimarly across finance, strategy and procurement business areas. This position requires ahighlyorganized, proactive individual, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.ThePMO specialist will also support the smooth and efficient operationoforganizational activities, facilitating communication across departments, and assisting in the management of key initiatives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the development and maintenance of department high-level master plans including the following items: key initiatives; timelines and milestones; resource allocation and KPI identification
- Assist in tracking progress towards organizational set goals, providing regular updates and ensuring that action items are followed up on
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of specific cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and integration with overall business strategies
- Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement PMO processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure project success
- Collaborate in the preparation of briefing materials, reports, and presentations for executive meetings
- Assist in monitoring and following up on executive meeting outcomes and assigned actions, facilitating communication and coordination across different functions and teams to support project execution
EDUCATION: Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
LINGUISTIC SKILLS: Good knowledge of English
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in similar roles is required, preferably within a high-impact environment, or involving finance transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage their expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of finance key processes will be considered a plus
