Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Property Practice Leader with over 10 years of wholesale experience to join our dynamic team. This leadership role will be responsible for spearheading property transactions, building key relationships, and driving the strategic direction of our property practice. The successful candidate will leverage an extensive network of wholesalers and collaborate closely with FAC brokers to identify, structure, and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage the property practice, setting and executing strategic goals to drive business growth and profitability in the wholesale property market.
  • Business Development: Utilize an established network of wholesalers to source property deals, identify opportunities for growth, and create new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with FAC Brokers: Work closely with FAC brokers to structure deals, ensuring effective collaboration between wholesalers and brokers, and providing market insights and expertise.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the property industry, including wholesalers, brokers, developers, and investors.
  • Deal Structuring: Oversee the analysis and structuring of property transactions, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends and market conditions in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of wholesale property experience, with a proven track record in the real estate industry.
  • Strong Network: Established and broad network of wholesalers and brokers in the property space.
  • Deal-Making Ability: Expertise in negotiating and structuring property deals, with the ability to navigate complex transactions.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the property markets in New York, Chicago, and Atlanta.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
