My Life insurance client is looking for an experienced Customer Propositions professional to support the business on a day rate contract basis.
The role sits in the Customer Propositions team supporting Individual Protection and Employee Benefits business lines. This role specialises in being the driving force behind the delivery of the UK propositions road map, from idea through to market delivery.Internal collaboration is key as you will be working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities will depend on experience. The business is open to manager or Senior manager level.
Office Location: South Coast
Work Location: You must be UK based. Flexible or remote working is available depending on experience
Remuneration: Daily Rate Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months initial + scope for extension or permanent position if preferred
Required Experience:
- Experience in customer propositions role - ideally within Insurance (wider Financial Services will be considered)
- Solid track record developing customer focused propositions within the UK
- Strong communication skills - developing internal relationships is critical.
