Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the Future: Build and own a comprehensive cloud strategy tailored for Asia, steering our cloud initiatives toward success.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Assemble and manage top-tier CloudOps and DevSecOps teams responsible for seamless cloud operations and application performance.
- Architect Innovation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and enhance our Cloud Technology architecture, ensuring it meets evolving business needs.
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Engage with external cloud service providers and internal partners to refine our cloud offerings and maximize value.
- Cultivate Growth: Develop structured engagement models that drive customer onboarding, migration plans, operational strategies, and risk management for cloud services.
- Build Influential Relationships: Foster connections with key decision-makers both within organization and externally, promoting industry best practices.
What You Bring:
- Proven Leadership: Extensive experience in building the whole Cloud Platform (infrastructure side) from scratch and then leading CloudOps and DevSecOps capabilities, delivering platforms that empower cloud service consumption.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (ideally AWS and/or Azure) to strategize onboarding and manage operations effectively.
- Hands-On Skills: Proficiency with DevSecOps toolsets, automation, and cloud deployments.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and influencing stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Acumen: Ability to navigate complex issues and deliver effective resolutions across industries.
- Extensive Experience: 15+ years in multinational organizations with a focus on transformation objectives and large-scale delivery.
- Agile & DevOps Familiarity: Strong background in matrix organizations with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
