Our client, a top tier Life Insurance business, is looking to hire a (Contract) Senior Compliance Manager to join their local office here in Hong Kong
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in the development of effective selling process compliance programs
- Manage impact analysis on new regulatory and internal requirements and implement solutions together with business units
- Assist business units in maintaining up-to-date policies and procedures to demonstrate compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Review materials related to new/revamped products and business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- Minimum 7 years experience in Compliance/Risk Management related positions within Insurance Sector
- Regulator experience would be seen as advantageous
- Attentive to details and able to work independently
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
