As the Senior Manager of Cyber Security, you will play a crucial role in managing the Company's information security framework and underlying policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Lead the planning and execution of security initiatives, including risk assessments, threat intelligence, and incident response.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all business operations.
- Conduct regular cybersecurity and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses in our systems.
- Stay updated on the latest subsidiarity trends, technologies, and threats to mitigate risks proactively.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification required.
- Proven experience as a cybersecurity professional, with at least 8 years of working experience within the financial services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
