For a leading and international firm in FMCG field, i'm looking for a Talent Manager.

Accountabilities:

Strategic Talent Support

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders & HRBP to shape and execute the Talent strategy, including succession and diversity planning.
  • Project & Budget Management: Manage Talent projects and control budgets for effective resource allocation.

Talent Processes and Insights

  • Talent Data & Reporting: Track key talent metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports for strategic decisions to support LM & HRBP.
  • Process Support: Facilitate the Talent Review Meeting (TRM) cycle and core Talent processes like performance management and development.

Recruitment and Employer Brand

  • Employer Branding: support in design talent strategy externally through targeted channels and media.
  • Recruitment Support: Oversee recruitment activities, from attraction to assessment centers, and maintain relationships with external partners.

Engagement & Development

  • Workplace Experience: Contribute to a positive work environment and execute employee opinion surveys.
  • Learning & Development: Implement the Learning & Development strategy, including training employees and Line Managers on the Talent Cycle, effective talent management, and development practices.

Capability Building

  • Skills Development: Foster continuous improvement of skills and capabilities, engaging with partners (LM, HRPB, AREA Talent) to ensure the right competencies are in place.

Experience Required:

  • At least 4 years' experience in talent processes
  • Strong understanding of talent processes and their practical implementation in a multinational company, including navigating cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in analytics platforms for talent insights, such as HR dashboards, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) for managing talent data and processes.
  • Fluent in English
